Welcome to Travel Three LLC (“Travel Three,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our travel planning, consultation, booking, and travel-related services. By requesting our services, making a payment, or confirming a booking through Travel Three LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before making any travel arrangements.
1. About Travel Three LLC
Travel Three LLC is a travel advisory and itinerary planning company that assists clients with arranging travel experiences, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, excursions, transfers, and customized travel packages.
Travel Three LLC works with various third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity providers. These suppliers maintain their own terms, conditions, policies, and service standards.
2. Travel Services
Our services may include:
- Customized travel planning and itinerary design
- Flight and accommodation arrangements
- Tour package coordination
- Excursion and activity bookings
- Transportation arrangements
- Destination recommendations and travel assistance
Travel Three LLC acts as a travel advisor and facilitator. The actual travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, and their terms and conditions may apply.
3. Booking Confirmation & Payments
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- Required traveler information has been received;
- The applicable deposit or full payment has been received; and
- Confirmation has been issued by Travel Three LLC and/or the relevant travel supplier.
Payment schedules may vary depending on the travel package, supplier requirements, and departure date.
Failure to complete payments according to the agreed payment schedule may result in cancellation of the reservation and possible loss of deposits or payments made.
4. Deposits & Payment Plans
Deposits are required to secure travel reservations and allow Travel Three LLC and our suppliers to begin processing arrangements.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the applicable suppliers.
By submitting a payment, you acknowledge and agree that certain payments may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies, travel dates, and cancellation timing.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Travel plans are subject to cancellation policies established by airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
Voluntary cancellations made by the traveler are generally non-refundable unless otherwise permitted by the supplier policies.
If cancellation occurs due to unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, such as:
- Government travel restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Global pandemics
- War or civil unrest
- Serious medical emergencies
- Other extraordinary circumstances beyond the traveler’s control
Travel Three LLC may assist in submitting refund or credit requests to the applicable suppliers. However, the final decision regarding refunds, credits, or compensation is determined by the suppliers.
Travel Three LLC cannot guarantee approval of refund requests.
6. Changes to Travel Arrangements
Travel Three LLC is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, schedule adjustments, or service modifications made by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers.
Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the traveler may be the responsibility of the traveler.
7. Travel Documents & Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have:
- Valid passports
- Required visas
- Travel authorizations
- Health documents
- Required vaccinations (if applicable)
- Any other documentation required by destination countries
Travel Three LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel interruptions caused by missing, incorrect, or expired documentation.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Travel insurance may provide protection against unexpected situations including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel delays, and other unforeseen events.
Travel Three LLC is not responsible for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to a traveler choosing not to obtain travel insurance.
9. Third-Party Suppliers
Travel Three LLC partners with independent suppliers to provide travel services.
We do not own, operate, control, or guarantee the performance of airlines, hotels, tour companies, transportation providers, guides, or other service providers.
Travelers agree that Travel Three LLC is not responsible for:
- Supplier failures
- Service interruptions
- Delays
- Changes in schedules
- Quality issues related to third-party services
- Personal injuries, damages, or losses caused by third parties
10. Pricing & Availability
All pricing is subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and payment requirements are completed.
Prices may fluctuate due to:
- Airline fare changes
- Hotel availability
- Currency exchange rates
- Supplier pricing updates
- Seasonal demand
Travel Three LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors and notify clients before final confirmation.
11. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information during booking
- Review all travel documents carefully
- Follow destination laws and regulations
- Arrive on time for flights, tours, and scheduled activities
- Maintain appropriate travel insurance coverage
Travelers are responsible for their own personal safety, health, belongings, and conduct during travel.
12. Limitation of Liability
Travel Three LLC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, inconvenience, additional expenses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier actions, weather events, government restrictions, strikes, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Our responsibility is limited to providing travel planning and booking assistance according to the services agreed upon.
13. Privacy & Personal Information
Travel Three LLC collects traveler information necessary to arrange travel services. Personal information is handled responsibly and may be shared with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and suppliers only as necessary to complete travel arrangements.
By providing your information, you consent to its use for travel-related purposes.
14. Agreement to Terms
By making a payment, requesting travel services, or confirming a booking with Travel Three LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
